11/4: Addison had a long labor and delivery that ended in a c-section. 7 puppies survived. 4 girls and 3 boys. Check out pics here.
11/3: Addison's temp has dropped and she's showing signs that whelping time is fast approaching. She should be having the puppies soon. Possibly today...
10/28: X-rays confirm that Addison is carrying 9 puppies. She is HUGE but in good spirits. She is due on 11/4. Stay tuned for info after she whelps. Watch the puppies grow on the "puppycam."
10/18: Daddy Dux had an AMAZING weekend at the Toller Nationals. In agility, Dux finished his Excellent Standard title and took High in Trial for Excellent A. Thursday, he earned his second UD leg with another 1st place, along with a Rally Novice leg. Friday, Dux went on to win Best of Opposite in conformation and received his Rusty Jones Award at the banquet. Saturday, he was one of only two dogs to pass the MH test, and Sunday he earned another bonus WCX
pass. We are so proud of Dux and we hope his puppies will gow up to be just like him.
10/4: Addison earned her CGC and TDI certification at Bernerfest. She was the only Toller there and she passed with flying colors. And she was 4 weeks pregnant! Now she can do therapy work with Ivy and Ruby.
10/4: Bernerfest was a blast! It was cold but everyone had a lot of fun. Met some new Berner owners and learned a lot during the Seiger show.
9/30: Its official!! The vet confirmed with ultrasound that Addison is having puppies. We can't tell exactly how many yet but he thinks he saw five. We'll know more when we have her x-rayed in a few weeks. Stay tuned!

9/29: We will be hosting Bernerfest this Sunday, 10/4, with the Northeastern Illinois Berner Club. Fun and games and a European style Sieger show. For more information go check out the flyer here.
9/24: Ruby & Ivy are going to their first tracking class this weekend. They'll be working hard.
9/6: Addison and Dux were bred on 9/4/09. We should know the results in the upcoming weeks!!!
